Refund Policy

Refunds

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund in writing through email, 48 hours after your purchase and/or prior to your scheduled session.

If you send a refund request after the 48 hours, you will not be entitled to a refund.

In addition, once the session has commenced, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7- 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at welcome@yourlovesolutions.com.
